摘要
目的为了解决加热除蛋白工艺中间体损失多,效率低,能耗高的问题。方法以壳聚糖为主凝剂,聚丙烯酰胺为助凝剂,采用化学除蛋白工艺。结果:收率提高6%,优级品率提高25%,成本降低20%。结论:化学除蛋白工艺优于加热工艺。
Purpose:The improvement is made in order to reduce the loss of certain intermedi- ates,minimize the energy consumption and increase the productivity.Method:The improvement is made with chitosan,as major solidiying agent and PAM,as supportive solidiying agent,use chemi- cal method.Result:The productivity is raised by 6%.The percentage of Class A product,raised by 25%.And the cost is reduced by 20%.Conclusion:The new method is superior to the old-the heating method.
