摘要
水凝胶是一种能显著地溶胀于水但在水中并不能溶解的亲水性聚合物凝胶。水凝胶的性质不仅与聚合单体和交联剂的性质以及聚合工艺条件有关,而且还取决于溶胀时的条件,如溶胀温度和溶胀介质的pH值等。有一些水凝胶随着溶胀温度升高到某一温度以上时会发生从溶胀的软的透明状态到消溶胀的硬的不透明状态的变化,在这一温度附近的溶胀比变化往往可达几倍到几十倍。如果将溶胀温度降到这一温度以下时。
N-ethylacrylamide (NEA),N-n-propylacrylamide(NNPA),N-iso-propylacrylamide (NI-PA), piperidylacrylamide(PRA),N,N-diethylacry/lamide(NDEA)(and N,N-dimethylacrylamide (NDMA) monomers and the hydrogels of their copolymers with N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylami-de (BiS) have been synthesized. It was found that PNEEA, PNNPA, PNIPA, PPRA and PNDEA hydrogels undergo a discontinuous phase transition during, temperature variation. The effects of monomeric structures, composition of the starting monomeric mixture and the polymerization temperature on the formation, structural heterogeniety and swelling characteristics of the hydrogels have been systematically studied. The relative reactivities of Bis and NIPA and the cause of the structural heterogeneity were proposed.
