摘要
目的 探讨应用联合下睑袋整形的除皱术以达到面部年轻化的整体效果。方法 行传统除皱术提紧皮肤、悬吊SMAS筋膜的同时 ,联合下睑缘切口 ,在眼轮匝肌深面剥离 ,切断下睑眼轮匝肌韧带 ,去除疝出眶隔脂肪 ,悬吊下眼轮匝肌。结果 自 1999年以来 ,完成手术 2 5例 ,效果满意。结论 在传统除皱术基础上 ,同时切断下眼轮匝肌韧带 ,可在直视下 ,将眼轮匝肌悬吊至外眦水平以上的骨膜 ,改善鼻睑颧沟 ,加强面中部美容效果。
Objective To investigate the combination of blepharoplasty with rhytidectomy for correction of the aging face. Methods In addition to conventional rhytidectomy, the operation included transection of lower orbicularis palpebrorum ligament ,excision of the herniated orbital fat, suspension of lower obicularis palpebuorum muscle. Results The method has produced a satisfied result in 25 cases since 1999. Conclusion On the base of conventional rhytidectomy, we transect the lower orbicularis palpebrorum ligament to elevate and stabilize the orbicularis muscle to the periosteum above the level of lateral canthus, which improves nasopalpebromalar groove and obtains more youthful appearance of the mid face.
