摘要
目的：应用结膜内切口去除下眼袋，恢复面部青春。方法：对１３３例下睑袋患者行结膜内切口法去除眼袋。结果：共完成１３３例（２６６只眼），避免了皮肤瘢痕及皮肤进路诸多并发症，缩短术后恢复期，满意率达１００％。结论：本术式需正确选择适应证，优点是免除皮肤瘢痕。
Objective:To recover
personal appearances by treating eye bag with conjunctive incision.Methods:One hundred
and thirty three patients had been treated through conjunctive incision for this
purpose.Results:We used this method in 133 patients(266 eyes) without any subsequent
scar on the skin.This method may avoid most complications of skin incision with low
eye bag plasty with rapid postoperative recovery and a satisfaction rate of
100%.Conclusion:Appropriate indication should be selected in the application of this
procedure with its advantage of no subsequent skin scar.
