摘要
目的 :观察雄性家兔下丘脑弓状核核团的神经电活动及其在性成熟前后的变化。方法 :依据出生时间和睾丸大小确定雄性家兔的性发育成熟。选择性发育成熟前雄性家兔 8只和已发育成熟的雄性家兔 7只 ,采用核团微穿刺记录放电的电生理技术 ,比较两组动物的下丘脑弓状核核团放电。并经过脑组织切片证实微电极正确定位于弓状核。结果 :经切片证实微电极准确定位于弓状核的 1 0只 (占 6 7% )。去除未准确定位的放电记录后 ,性成熟前的雄兔下丘脑弓状核放电频率明显少于性成熟后的雄兔 ,但最大脉冲幅度差异不显著。结论 :下丘脑弓状核是调节合成与分泌促性腺激素释放激素 ( Gn RH)的最主要核团 ,其电生理活性表达。
Objective: To observe the variation of electrophysiological activity of the arcuate nucleus in hypothalamus in male rabbits before and after puberty. Method: To compare the dischargements of the arcuate nucleus between 8 prepubertal male rabbits and 7 postpubertal male rabbits by nuclear micropuncture. The exact location of microelectrodes was checked by morphological technology. Results: The micropuncture location in 5 of 8 prepubertal rabbits and 5 of 7 post pubertal rabbits had been proved at the correct position. In total, the rate of correct micropuncture was 67% (10/15). The frequencies of dischargements of the arcuate nucleus in 5 prepubertal rabbits were significantly lower than that in 5 postpubertal rabbits ( P<0.05 ). However, there was no significant difference in the maximal amplitude of dischargements of the arcuate nucleus between the prepubertal and postpubertal animals. Conclusion: The electrophysiological activity of arcuate nucleus in hypothalamus, especially its frequency of dischargements, is related to the sexual maturity.
