摘要
丝裂霉素是目前广泛使用的一种抗癌药物,临床有多种给药方式,其疗效不尽相同,因此测定丝裂霉素在血中的浓度对了解某种给药方式的疗效无疑是很有意义的。目前丝裂霉素血药浓度的测定方法,一般采用Pinedo所介绍的高效液相色谱法,该法的血样前处理复杂。
A Simple column switching method of liquid chromatography is presented for the determina- tion of Mitomycin in serum.Two Sep-pak C18 Cartridge small columns were used for on-line pretreatment of sample and its analysis respectively.The eluants were detected by UVabsorption at 365nm.The calibration curve was linear within the range of 20- 450ng/ ml.The average recovery was 99.56%.
