摘要
利用正交设计法对高效液相色谱法测定血浆去甲肾上腺素的条件进行整体设计,并对试验结果进行详细的统计分析。结果表明原来要做108次(3~3+3~4)试验减少到36次。本法对高效液相色谱法测定微量物质的条件选择有一定参考和使用价值。
An integrated design of test conditions was made for determining plasma norepi- nephrine with high performance liquid chromatography using orthogonal design method. A detailed analysis of parameters obtaind showes that a satisfactory result may be obtained with only 36 tests as compared with 108 (3~3+4~3)tests before.This design will certainly have a reference and application value in choosing conditions for deter- mining trace materials with high performanca liquid chromatography.
