摘要
介绍了CNC机床耦合轮廓误差补偿方法的原理及设计方法。首先分析了非耦合的轮廓控制系统 ,给出了轮廓误差的定义及算法 ,引入了耦合轮廓控制的概念。以两轴CNC机床为例 ,介绍了耦合轮廓控制系统的结构及设计方法。
This paper introduces the principle and design method of cross-coupled contouring control of multi-axial CNC machine tools. The uncoupled contouring control system is first analyzed. The definition and algorithm of cross-coupled contour error are then presented. The structure and design method of coupled contouring controller is also investigated and applied to a biaxial contouring system. Discussion is made finally to note the compensation effect and some further research topics.
