摘要
开发了一对以 AB2 型 Ti系多元合金为热端合金、以 AB5型稀土系多元合金为冷端合金的车用氢化物空调新型贮氢合金对。在操作温度为 2 0 0℃ /4 0℃ /2 0℃的条件下 ,合金对的理论 COPc为 0 .41。针对汽车尾气热容小的特点 ,提出了热端反应器采用多种具有不同性能的贮氢合金组成复合氢化物床的新设想 ,可使汽车发动机尾气废热得到充分利用。并用所研制的 3对合金对组成复合氢化物床计算得出空调系统 COPc为 0 .
A new pair of hydrogen storage alloys used for auto air conditioner were developed, in which the AB(2) type Ti-Mn multicomponent alloys were selected as the hot spot alloy, and the AB(5) type rare earth alloys were used as the cool spot alloy. The theoretic COPC of the air conditioner was 0.41 under the operating temperature of 200 degreesC/40 degreesC/20 degreesC. Because of the small heat capacity of the exhaust gases, a new idea about the reactor with composite hydride beds was proposed to use the latent heat of the exhaust gases from the auto mobile engine. The COPC of the air conditioner was calculated to be 0.46 for the composite hydride beds consisted of the three pairs of hydrides developed by the authors.
