摘要
协同企业是在经济全球化及信息网络技术高速发展的环境下,依据合作共赢原则而建立的一种新的企业组织形式,其发展受到了人们越来越多的关注。在分析协同企业内涵及特征的基础上,针对当前协同企业发展中存在的问题,提出了协同企业的发展思路,并进行了相关案例的分析。
Collaborative enterprise is a new organizational form generated under the new environment of the economic globalization and rapid development of information network technology.More and more attention are focused on the development of collaborative enterprises.The connotation and features of collaborative enterprise were analyzed in depth,as in view of the existing problems of the development of collaborative enterprises,some development ideas were proposed.And related examples were analyzed.
