摘要
目的 :探讨复发性流产的原因及其治疗。方法 :1对 12 2例进行系统检查 ;2针对流产原因进行相应治疗 ;3应用男性配偶的静脉血中的淋巴细胞、单核细胞 ,提高母体体内的抗配偶淋巴细胞的特异性 Ig G抗体 ;4应用激素、阿斯匹林阻断抗心磷脂抗体所致的凝血功能异常。结果 :由于病因的不同治疗的方法也有所不同 ,只要方法正确 ,可使妊娠率提高 ,本文的妊娠率分别是 10 0 %、80 %、6 5 %。结论 :复发性流产的病因复杂 ,应作病因分析 ,作针对性的治疗 。
Objectives:To study the cause and treatment of recurrent spontancous abortion.Methods:①122 patients had been examined systematicly.②The treatment was performed accorging to the reason of abortion.③The lymphocytes,leucocyte come from vein of male couple were used to elevate specific IgG of anti couple lymphocytes in female couple.④Hormone and aspirin were used block abnormal coagulation function caused by anticardioilpin antibody.Result:The causes of abortion were different and the treatments of abortion were different too.If correct treatment was used,pregnant rate could be increased.In our study,the pregnant rate was 100%,80%,65% respectively.Conclusion:The causes of recurrent spontancous abortion are very complicated.and reason analzying of disease and appropriate treatment are needed.So good results would be gained.
