摘要
目的 应用自制锁骨外固定器治疗锁骨骨折。方法 选择 17例锁骨中外侧端骨折 ,多数行切开整复少数闭合整复置入外固定器具。结果 17例骨折全部愈合 ,随访 3～ 18个月 ,骨折无再移位 ,无断钉及外固定器松动 ,肩关节活动恢复良好 ,无深部感染。结论 自制外固定器为微型具 ,体积小 ,重量轻 ,稳定性佳 ,可早期功能锻炼 ,患者痛苦小 ,是治疗锁骨骨折一种可推介的方法。
Objective To observe the effect of Clavicular fractures with CEF made by oneself.Methods 17 cases of middle-external extremity of clavicle fractures were treated with this method.Most of them were dealed with open reduction,few of them with close reduction,then were placed external fixators.Results All 17 cases of fractures healed.Following-up for 3～18 months.There were no fractures translocation,nail breaking and enternal fixator loosing.Functions of shoulder jiont recovered well without deep rigion infection.Conclusions CEF is a minia ture apparatus,with small volume and light weight,its stability is well.Patients may do early functional trainning with less pains.It should be the popularizing method to treat clavicle fractures.
