摘要
目的观察切开复位内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法采用小切口切开复位，克氏针及钢丝内固定治疗锁骨骨折９０例。结果随访１～５个月，无一例骨折不愈合或延迟愈合及克氏针脱出，所有病例上肢功能恢复良好。结论该手术操作简单，复位效果佳，固定可靠，无畸形愈合，疗效满意。
Objective To observe the effect of open reduction and internal fixation to treat clavicular fractures. Methods The little edge of a knife was adopted to open reduction and internal fixation, and Kirschners wire and steel wire to treat 90 cases of clavicular fractures. Results The patients were followed up for one to five months, none of whom were found to appear the delayed union or ununion of fracture and the taking off for Kirschners wire and the upper limbs functions of all cases were good. Conclusion The technique is quite simple and very satisfactory, the effect of reduction good and the fixation very strong, and there is no deformity union.
