摘要
以海泡石为载体 ,镍为活性组分 ,用浸渍法制备了一系列含不同助剂的Ni/sepiolite催化剂。以苯加氢为探针反应 ,用二硫化碳中毒法系统地考察了助剂对镍催化剂的改性机制。结果表明 ,助剂的加入使镍催化剂苯加氢活性提高 ,活性中心原子数增加 ,活化络合物的活化焓和活化熵发生变化 ,助剂的影响既有电子效应又有几何效应 ,但以电子效应为主。
Sepiolite modified by acid was used as Ni catalyst support.A series of Ni catalysts containing different promoters is prepared by impregnation,and the modification of promoter was investigated by benzene hydrogenation and CS 2 poisoning of catalyst.The result reveals that addition of promoter increases the catalytic activity of benzene hydrogenation,the number of active centers,and changes the activation enthalpy and activation entropy.The result also indicates that the influences of promoter include the electronic effect and steric effect,whereas it seems to show that electronic effect is more protruding than the steric effect.
