双环戊二烯的质量评价方法研究

摘要 对双环戊二烯(DCPD)在分流/不分流进样口的解聚行为进行了动力学分析,考察了进样口温度对DCPD原料质量评价的影响,研究了C_(5)和C_(9)馏分制DCPD产品的有机杂质组分。实验结果表明,在气相色谱分流/不分流进样口中,DCPD随温度变化的分解规律符合Sigmoid函数数学模型,当温度高于200℃时DCPD开始解聚。程序升温进样口可以避免DCPD的解聚,有利于含有高沸点组分原料的分析,更适用于对DCPD原料质量的评价,特征目标物相对标准偏差不大于1.7%。C_(5)和C_(9)馏分制DCPD原料有机杂质结构复杂,有大量的同分异构体和空间异构体存在,且二者杂质组成有明显差异,可通过含苯环取代DCPD类杂质组分作为区分产品来源的标志物。 Kinetic analysis of the depolymerization behavior of dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)at the split/splitless inlet was conducted,and the influence of injection temperature on quality evaluation of DCPD raw materials was studied.The components of organic impurities in DCPD from C_(5)and C_(9)fractions were investigated.The results show that the decomposition of DCPD with different temperatures in the GC split/splitless inlet is consistent with the Sigmoid function model.When the temperature is higher than 200℃,DCPD starts to depolymerize.With programmed temperature vaporization inlet,the depolymerization of DCPD can be prevented,which is beneficial to the analysis of raw materials containing high boiling point components,and is more suitable for the quality evaluation of DCPD raw materials.The relative standard deviation of characteristic target is less than 1.7%.The organic impurities of DCPD raw materials from C_(5)and C_(9)fractions are complex with a large number of isomers and spatial isomers,and the impurity composition of each fraction is significantly different.Impurities containing benzene ring substituent DCPD can be used as markers to distinguish the source of the products.
