摘要
目的 探讨泌乳素 (PRL)与宫颈癌发生、发展的关系。方法 用放射免疫方法测定宫颈癌治疗前后血清泌乳素水平。结果 5 6例宫颈癌患者中 ,2 1例 (3 7 5 % )PRL水平大于正常值 ,PRL异常的宫颈癌患者经治疗后 ,体内PRL水平明显低于治疗前 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且恢复到正常水平。结论 宫颈癌组织可能分泌PRL ,PRL可能在宫颈癌发生、发展过程中起一定的作用。
Objective To investigate into correlation between blood prolactin (PRL) level and pathogenesis of cervical carcinoma. Methods PRL level in blood of 56 cases was detected with radioimmunoassay before and after treatment of cervical carcinoma.Results 37.5% of the cases' blood PRL level were higher than that of normal (25?μg·L -1 ) in study before treatment.For these patients,PRL level was reduced significantly to normal after treatment ( P <0.01).Conclusion Cancer tissue of cervical carcinoma possibly secretes PRL·PRL may participate in pathogenesis of cervical carcinoma.
