摘要 目的 :研究实验性颅脑伤大鼠脑组织一氧化氮 ( NO)和一氧化氮合酶 ( NOS)含量的动态变化及其意义。方法 :将 3 0只SD大鼠分成正常组和颅脑伤组 ,对两组大鼠在 3、5和 7d分别测定海马和皮质中 NO和 NOS的含量。结果 :颅脑伤组大鼠海马和皮质 NO及 NOS含量在 3个时间点均显著高于正常组 ,而且其含量在 5 d达到最高峰。结论 :大鼠颅脑伤后脑组织 NO和 NOS的含量显著增高并呈现动态变化 ,NO和 NOS可能是颅脑伤病理损伤机制中的一个重要因素。 Objective: To study the dynamic changes of nitric oxide (N O) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rat brain tissues after experimental brai n trauma and their significance. Methods:Thirty Sprague D awley rats were divided into two groups: the normal group and brain trauma grou p. The levels of NO and NOS in hippocampus and cerebral cortex were determined i n both groups on days 3,5 and 7,respectively. Results: The l evels of NO and NOS in hippocampus and cerebral cortex in the brain trauma gro up were significantly higher than that of the normal group at all the 3 time poi nts, and the peak value was presented on day 5. Conclusion: The levels of NO and NOS in the brain tissues show significant increase a nd show dynamic change in rats with brain trauma. NO and NOS may be an import ant factor in the pathologic mechanism of brain trauma.
