聚甘油酯的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文提出应用氨基键合相柱对聚甘油脂肪酸酯工业产品中的单、二、多酯进行高效液相色谱分析(HPLC)。样品不经任何预处理,以正己烷-异丙醇-乙醇作线性梯度洗脱,紫外220nm下检测,组分按多酯、二酯、单酯顺序流出。方法简便、快速、变异系数在10%以内。为评价产品质量,监测生产过程提供了可靠的依据。本方法适于混合脂肪酸的甘油酯、聚甘油酯的分离分析。 Abstract: Analysis of polyglycerol esters of fatty acids(PGFE)be carried out by HPLC with the YWG-NH2 column.The isomers are eluted based on linear gradient with n-hexane-isopr-opanol-ethanol mixture and the components are monitored by UV-absorption at 220 nm.The samples have no the need of any pretreatment and the elution order is poly-and tri-, di-,monofatty acid esters. The method is convenient and rapid.Monoesters can probably be Quantified and the coefficient of variation of the external standard method is less than 10%. The method provides reliable foundation for the evaluation of Quality of product and a monitor method in production process.Glycerol and polyglycerol esters of mixture fatty acids can be separated and determined.
