摘要
合成了三种环氧类季铵盐表面活性剂。在相同工艺条件下 ,将它们和不同类季铵盐表面活性剂作为碱减量催化促进剂对涤纶进行碱减量处理 ,并分析比较了减量的结果。结果表明:环氧类季铵盐表面活性剂对涤纶碱减量具有催化促进作用并具有较好的减量均匀性 。
Three kinds of quaternary ammonium salt surfactants of epoxy were synthesized. At the same process conditions they were applied with other quaternary ammonium salt surfactants as catalyst promoters in alkali weight reduction treatment of polyester and weight reduction results were analyzed and compared. It indicated that epoxy quaternary ammonium salt surfactants had the effect of catalyst promoter and resulted in more even weight reduction in the treatment, and among which, the twelve-membered ring was a better catalyst promoter for this treatment.
