摘要
结合LMV 0 92型平幅连续碱减量机通过对连续碱减量工艺生产中的工艺参数 (烧碱浓度、汽蒸温度、汽蒸时间、助剂、携液率 )对涤纶织物的减量率及减量效果影响的研究 ,找到了一定的规律 ,另外 ,还讨论了在连续碱减量工艺生产前后的预处理工序、预定形工序。
In this paper, some orderliness through researching the offect of the peeling process rate as well as peeling process result of polyester fabric by peeling process parameter in the LMV092 continuous alkali peeling process machine (alkali concentration, steaming temperature, steaming time, assistants, mangle expressions) were attained. In addition, preparation, pre setting, washing before and after continuous alkali peeling process were investigated.
