摘要
在酸性介质中 ,用锌粉还原对硝基苯胺制备对苯二胺 ,通过影响反应因素的研究 ,如反应物配比、温度、反应时间等 ,寻找出了较佳反应条件 :对硝基苯胺与锌粉的摩尔比为 1∶ 4 ,反应温度为 80— 85℃ ,反应时间为 6h,对苯二胺的产率可达 90 %。克服了铁粉还原法的弊端 。
Benzenedimine was prepared by reducing p \|nitroaniline in acidic solution with zinc powder.The optimum reaction conditions were determined.This method has many adventages compared with the reducing by iron.This paper provides scientific basis for production of 1,4\|Benzenedimine.
