摘要
介绍用硫酸铝作催化剂催化，乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇反应合成苹果酯，用正交试验方法研究了反应因素对苹果酯收率的影响。在最佳反应条件下，产物收率为９０．１％。
The synthesis of apple ester from ethyl acefoacetate and glycol catalyzed by aluminum sulfate is studied.Effects of reaction condition on the yield of ester are investigated by orthogonal method.Under optimum conditions the yield of apple ester can reach 90 1%.
