20 0 0年 6～ 9月对青海省泽库县境内人、家畜和野生动物感染包虫病情况进行了调查 ,共检查 1 0 4 6人 ,确诊囊型包虫病 77例 ,泡型包虫病 3例 ;女性包虫病感染率和患病率均高于男性 ,牧民病例数最多 ,患病率也较高 ;包虫病的感染率和患病率在年龄分布中有随年龄增长而逐升的趋势 ;泽库县绵羊、牦牛、高原鼠兔和灰尾兔有多房棘球蚴的感染 ,感染率分别为 5.36%、4.69%、3.45%和 1 2 .50 % ;共剖检无主犬 1 2只 ,5只感染细粒棘球绦虫 ,1只感染多房棘球绦虫。结果表明泽库县包虫病流行十分严重 。
This paper evaluated the situation of hydatid disease among human, domestic and wild animals on the basis of an epidemiological survey made in Zeku County of Qinghai Province during June to September, 2000. Total of 1 046 residents were examined for hydatid infection by using immunological and imaging techniques, of these 77 cases with CE and 3 cases with AE were diagnosed. The AE/CE ratio was 1∶25.7. The human hydatid infection rate and prevalence were found to be higher in the female than those in the male, and in herdsmen than those in other occupations, and to gradually increase alongside the growth of the peoples age. It is also confirmed that sheep, yaks, Ochotona curzonae and Lepus oiostolus in Zeku County were infested by AE with the prevalence of 5.36% , 4.69%, 3.45% and 12.50%, respectively. Five and one of 12 stray dogs examined by autopsy in Zeku County were found to carry the tapeworms E.granulosus and E.multilocularis, respectively. The results showed that Zeku County is a hyperendemic area of hydatid disease where both E.granulosus and E.multilocularis are mixed endemic.
