摘要
本文提出了代替铸钢件增肉的保温材料应具备的主要性能,采用直接浇注法研制出冷硬型保温材料配方,测定了该种材料的模数增大系数与铸件模数,保温板厚度之间的关系,简要说明了保温板的设计方法。
The proper major properties of heat preservation material substituting for casting of steel supplent sre advanced in the paper. The formula of the heat preservation plate material of cold hardening mold has been developed by immediate pouring and the relation data between the module enlargement coefficient, the casting module and the thickness of heat preservation plates have been determined. The design method of heat preservation plates has been explained in brief.
