摘要
采用去壁低渗法对山茶属4种茶组植物进行了核型分析,根据Levan的命名系统,各个种的核型简式为大苞茶2n=30=24m+6sm,大厂茶盘2n=30=22m+8sm,老黑茶2n=30=20m+6sm+4st(1 SAT),高树茶2n=30=20m+10sm。它们约核型都为Stebbins核型分类的2A型核型。其中大厂茶、老黑茶和高树茶的核型与高树茶的染色体数目为首次报道。本文还讨论了这几种植物之间核型的进化趋势。
The present paper deals with the karyotypes of 4 species of Camellia by wall degradation through hypotonic treatment and flame-drying method.According to the classifticaion systems given by Levan et al., the karyotype fofmula of C.grandibracteata was 2n=24m+6sm, C.tachangensis 2n=22m+8sm, C.atrothea 2n=20m+6sm+4st (1SAT), C.arborescens 2n = 20m + 10sm. The karyotype asymmetry demonstrates that all of the 4 species belong to 2A type of Stebbins karyotype symmetry.As compared the karyotypes with other species of Sect.Thea(L.) Dyer, it may be seen that the chromosomal evolution in these species are: C.grandibracteata→C.taliensis→C.irrawadiensis→C. yunkiangica and C. manglaensis→C, dehungensis and C. taehangensis→C, assamica and C.arborescens→C.assamica var.pubilimba→C.assamica var. kucha→C.atrothea→C. sinensis. The karyotypes of C.tachangensis, C.atrothea and C.arborescens are reported for the first time.
