摘要
报道了我国樟科(Lauraceae)5属9种植物核型研究结果,其中7种染色体数目为首次报道。核型结果为:樟(Cinnamoumcamphora)20m+4sm;油樟(Cinnamoumlongepaniculatum)20m十4sm;黑亮楠(Linderamegaphylla)18m(2SAT)+6sm;山苍子(Linderacubeba)16m+8sm;香叶树(Linderacommunis)22m+2sm;川钓樟(Linderapulcherrima)20m+2sm+2st(SAT);红果黄肉楠(Actinodaphnecuplaris)22m+2sm;楠木(Phoebezhennana)18m+6sm(4SAT);赛楠(Nothaphoebecavaleriei)24m。樟科属间核型差异显著,研究的5个属有1A、2A、1B、2B4种类型,1B核型在植物中少见报道。
The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 9 species of 5 genera of ChineseLauraceae plants were reported. Seven species of these were first reported on their chromosome numbers. The results of karyotype analysis are:Cinnamoum camphora 20 m +4 sin; C. longepaniculatum 20 m + 4 sin 3 Lindera megaphylla 18 m (2SAT) + 6 sin; L.cubeba 16 m+8 sin;L. communis 22 m+2 sin IL. pulcherrima 20 m+ 2 sin+2 st(SAT) 1Actinodaphne cuplaris 22m +2 sin; Phoebe zhennana 18 m + 6 sin (4SAT ) i Nothaphoebe cavaleriei 24 m. There were distinct differences between genera of . Lauraceae plants in their karyotypes. Four types, lA, ZA, IB, ZB, were found in five genera. IB karyotype is rarely reported in plant.
