摘要
采用包套挤压法制备了高阻尼 60 61Al/SiCp/石墨混杂金属基复合材料 ,并对所制备的复合材料的金相组织、力学和阻尼特性进行了初步分析。包套挤压法制备的 60 61Al/SiCp/石墨混杂金属基复合材料中增强增阻颗粒分布均匀 ,其体积分数可精确控制。SiC颗粒作为增强剂能够增大复合材料的强度和刚度 ,而石墨粉作为增阻剂可以提高复合材料的阻尼特性。试验结果表明 ,能够应用包套挤压法制备力学性能和阻尼特性符合既定要求的新型结构 功能材料——— 60 61Al/SiCp/石墨混杂金属基复合材料。
The processing of the preparation of high damping 6061Al/SiCp/Gr hybrid Metal Matrix comprosites(MMCs) by sheath hot extruction are presented. The mechanical properties and the damping behavior of fabricated composites were explored tentatively. The additive reinforcement particulate and damping particulate are well distributed in the 6061Al/SiCp/Gr MMCs prepared by sheath hot extruction. Their volume fraction can be controlled accurately. The SiC particulates can enhance the stiffness and strength of MMCs, whereas the graphite particulates can improve the damping character of MMCs. The result of the experiment show that new structure function material--6061Al/SiCp/Gr hybrid MMCs with excellent mechanical preporties and high damping character can be prepared by sheath hot extruction.
