摘要
目的 总结研究应用皮瓣、肌皮瓣移植修复四肢严重创伤性组织缺损的临床效果。 方法 应用23种类型的皮瓣、肌皮瓣移 (位 )植修复创伤性组织缺损408例,其中带蒂皮瓣14种126例 ,吻合血管移植9种282例。吻合血管移植术中以股前外侧皮瓣最多达163例。结果 移植皮瓣坏死9例 (吻合血管5例、带血管蒂转位4例 ) ,部分坏死12例 ,总成功率为97.8%。结论 皮瓣、肌皮瓣移植修复严重复杂创伤性组织缺损疗程短 ,肢体外形功能恢复好 ,只要严格掌握手术适应症 ,严格显微操作。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of skin flap and musculocutaneous flap in treating soft tissue defect in severe trauma cases. Methods 408 cases were treated with 23 types of skin flaps, musculocutaneous flap transfers, 126 of whom were treated with 14 types of pedicled flaps; 282 cases had vascular anastomosis. Most of the vascular anastomosis cases belonged to anterolateral flap of thigh (163 cases). Results 9 cases had flap necrosis. Partial necrosis occurred in 12 cases. The total success rate was 97.8%. Conclusion Skin flap and musculocutaneous flap were useful in treating severe soft tissue defect and trauma cases.
