负压封闭引流技术在四肢皮肤软组织缺损中的应用 被引量:82

摘要 目的研究负压封闭引流技术(VAC)在治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损中作用。方法将102例病人分为VAC组77例,常规换药组25例;清创术后在创面覆盖VAC系统,待肉芽组织生长新鲜后二期植皮,比较两组的植皮时间、创面缩小程度、换药次数、植皮愈合时间及总住院时间等指标,评估疗效。结果VAC组与常组换药组在植皮时间、创面缩小程度、换药次数、植皮愈合时间及总住院时间上均有显著性差异。结论负压封闭引流技术在治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损中较传统方法具有优越性。 Objective To investigate the effect of Vacuum assisted closure (VAC) on the skin and soft tissue defect of extremities. Methods Divide 102 patients into two groups: 77 patients in the VAC group, and 25 patients in the control group. Following debridement, the wound area was covered with the VAC system. After the fresh granulation grew adequately, the autogeneic skin transplantation was performed. To assess the effect of VAC by comparing the time of skin transplantation, the level of wound area shrinking, the change dressing times, the time of healing, the total time of hospitalization between the two groups. Result There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion VAC has superiority in curing the skin and soft tissue defect of extremities.
