摘要
原子能院中放废液沥青固化装置采用蒸发予浓缩及双螺杆机混合蒸发处理流程,用本地区产生的中放蒸残液做料液进行了热试验,其中,蒸发器热运行191小时,双螺杆机热运行349小时,共处理中放蒸残液20.5吨,总放射性1.3×10^(11)贝可,得沥青固化产品45桶,主要技术指标基本达到设计要求,装置运行情况良好,产品出料温度控制在170℃以下是安全的。
The hot test of hitumin solidification pilot-scale plant has been demonstrated with evaporator concentrates of 20.5 tons (total activity 1.3 x 10^(11) Bq) arising from the IAE, using the process of pre-concentration prior to feed and then mixed and evaporated in the twin-extruders. The evaporator and twin-extruders have been running for 191 and 349 hours respectively, and 45 drums of bituminized waste forms were obtained. The results obtained show that the main technical index of the pilot plant is able to meet the reqirements of original design. The operation of this system is good and safe while the outlet temperature is controlled below 170℃.
