本文介绍了日本动燃团沥青固化示范工厂着火／爆炸事件的过程，讨论了事件发生的原因，提出了值得吸取的教训。
This paper describes the process of the fire and explosion incident occurred at the Bituminization Demonstration Facility/Power Reactor and Nuclear Fuel Development Corporation (BDF/PNC) in Japan,discusses its causes,and summarizes the lessons learned from this incident. (
