摘要
研究了聚合醇的加入对钻井液的影响。室内研究及现场应用表明 :通过向聚合物钻井液中加入聚合醇 ,使w(聚合醇 ) =2 % ,钻井液常规性能 (滤失量和流变性 )变化很小 ,但钻井液的润滑性可提高 6 0 5 %～ 6 8.0 % ,页岩滚动回收率达到 82 6 % ,渗透率恢复值可达到 84.0 %～93 4%。表明聚合醇在钻井液中具有良好的润滑性。
The effect of polyglycols on the property of drilling fluid was studied.Laboratory and field application showed that by adding 2% polyglycols into the drilling fluid,there was little change in filtrate loss and rheological property of drilling fluid,but its lubricity was enhanced 60 5%-68.0%,the shale roller recovery ratio reached 82 6%,and recovery value of osmotic ratio reached 84.0%-93 4%.Good lubrication,inhibition,anti sloughing and oil and gas protection were obtained.
