摘要
经过大量试验,采用降低甲醛和尿素摩尔比,添加改性剂,对合成条件如温度、反应时间、pH值等影响因素进行调整,合成了一种低毒改性脲醛树脂。性能测试后表明:该树脂含游离甲醛低、初粘小、耐水性好、酸溶性较小、贮存性能好,固化后有一定塑性,适合于油水井堵水、堵漏等作业。为满足施工泵注需要,使用延时固化剂,加入偶联剂提高固结后强度,同时对不同固化剂的加量时的对固结后状况进行了分析。
A new type of urea-formaldehyde resin with low toxicity was synthesized by reducing the molar ratio of formaldehyde and urea, adding modifier and adjusting synthesized conditions such as temperature, reaction time and pH value. According to a performance test, we found the resin has the properties of less free formaldehyde, lower initial adhesion, better resistance to water, lower acid solubility, good storage ability and a certain plasticity after curing. It can be applied to water plugging and lost circulation treatment in oil and water wells. In order to meet the requirement of pumping, a delay curing agent was selected and a coupling agent was added to enhance the strength after concreting. In the meantime, the various concreting results obtained by adding different curing agents were analyzed.
