摘要
采用mRNA原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法对 31例非小细胞肺癌及相应的正常组织进行Rb基因表达的研究 .结果显示Rb基因转录的阴性率为 16 1% (5 /31) ,蛋白表达异常率为 19 4% (6 /31) .表明 ,非小细胞肺癌的发生与Rb基因的表达有关 .
The relationship between the expression of retinoblastoma gene(Rb) and the progression of human non small cell lung cancer was studied. The results showed that the negative percentage of Rb gene transcription was 16 1%(5/31) with insitu mRNA hybridization and the negative percentage of pRb translation was 19 4%(6/31) with immunohistochemistry.The data indicated that the retinoblastoma gene was associated with the progression of lung cancer.
