摘要
目的 探讨贲门癌组织中微血管密度及血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达与其生物学行为的关系。方法 对 4 8例具有较完整临床病理资料的贲门癌组织 ,进行了CD34、VEGF免疫组织化学SP法检测 ,分析VEGF和微血管密度 (MVD)与贲门癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移的关系。结果 VEGF阳性表达与MVD均与癌组织分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有相关性(P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且在VEGF阳性表达的肿瘤中 ,MVD明显高于阴性者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF与贲门癌的血管生成密切相关 ,对肿瘤生长、浸润和转移有促进作用。VEGF和MVD可作为预测贲门癌生物学行为指标之一。
Objective To study the Significance of microvessel density(MVD)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)to the progression of gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma.Methods 48 cases with cardiac adenocarcinoma were stained with CD34?VEGF by immunohistochemistry methods.MVD and VEGF expresion were analysed together with relation to grades of tumor differentiation,stages of clinic and lymph node metastasis. Results MVD and VEGF positively correlated with grades of tumor differentiation,stages of clinic and lymph node metasasis (P <0.005).There was a positive correlation between MVD was VEGF( P <0.05). Conclusion VEGF is highly related to angiogenesis, promoted growth,invasion and metastasis of cardiacadenocarcinoma.VEGF express in or MVD may be accepted as important independent fact for judging prognosis in gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma.
