摘要
目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌预后的关系。方法 免疫组化染色法检测了 4 0例胃癌术后标本中VEGF及以原位杂交技术检测MMP 9mRNA的表达。结果 VEGF、MMP 9mRNA在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为 5 5 %、6 0 % ;VEGF蛋白表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移关系密切 ;MMP 9mRNA的表达与胃癌的浸润程度、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与性别、肿瘤大小、部位无关。结论 MMP 9、VEGF在肿瘤侵蚀转移中起重要作用 ;其共位表达有助于判断胃癌预后。
Objective To investigate expression and prognostic significance of Matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP\|9) mRNA and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in gastric cancer.Methods The level of MMP\|9mRNA and VEGF in 40 specimens resected from patients with gastric cancer were tested with in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical technology.Results The positive expressions of MMP\|9mRNA and VEGF were observed in 24 cases(60%) and in 22 cases(55%),respectively.There were significant correlation between the positive expression of MMP\|9mRNA and depth of invasion, TNM stage,differentiation,lymphatic metastasis. VEGF postivity was correlated with TNM stage, lymphatic metastasis.The relationship between MMP\|9mRNA and VEGF is significant.Conclusion MMP\|9mRNA and VEGF expression in gastric carcinoma appears to be well\|characterized indicators of prognosis and metastasis.
