摘要
本法将原来的活性碳分离改为与cGMP测定方法相同的醋酸纤维膜分离。经两种方法的结果比较说明:同位素测量效率接近,而两条标准曲线的回归系数差别的显著性检验,P<0.001;批内、批间变异均小于10%,测定的回收率大于95%,改进法比原方法的灵敏度提高,方法简便,结果稳定,且可提高工作效率,减少同位素污染。
A method differing from the original method of activated carbon separation was introduced. Acetate fibre film separation, similar to that of cGMP determination was used. Comparison between the two methods showed that the efficiencies of isotope measurements are approximate while the significance test of the difference in regression cofficients for the two standard curves revealed P<0.001, and that variations within and between batches were smaller than 10%, and the recovery more than 95%.However the improved method was increased in sensitivity of measurement, regularity of results and simplicity of operation. It also had advantages such as higher working efficiency and less isotope pollution.
