摘要
26 1S为粳型光温互作型核不育系 ,起点温度为 2 4℃ ,光长 13.5h ,不育期长 (上海地区 30d左右 ) ,可育期结实性好 ,可恢性好 ,穗大粒多 ;柱头外露率高 ,配合力强 ,制种和繁殖产量高 。
S is a photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile line. Its critical temperature and illumination length for fertility conversion was 24℃ and 13.5h respectively, and the sterile period was about 30 days in Shanghai, China. The line had good restoration ability and had large panicles with a high setting rate in fertile period. The high percentage of exposed stigmata and strong combining ability were observed. The seed repoduction yield was relatively high. The results showed that the combinations from 261S line had significant heterosis in grain yield.
