摘要
根据多年的临床经验 ,认为心悸的病机复杂 ,病变多与心、脾、肾相关 ,其病位在心 ,脾肾为本 ,辨证应重虚实 ,与脉象变化 ,治疗当以安养心神、调畅气机为基础 ,对伴随症状以对因治疗 。
It is believed from the authors experience that the mechanism of palpitation is complicated and involved in the heart,spleen and kidneys,heart as the location and spleen and kidneys as the root;the differentiation should focus on the deficiency excess and the pulse;treatment aims to calm and nourish the heart and spirit,regulate the Qi activity;the formulae are modified with the accompanying symptoms.
