竹荪提取液对抗砷致小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨竹荪提取液有无对抗砷致小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的作用。方法 用三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )制备砷中毒肝脏脂质过氧化损伤的动物模型 ,通过亚慢性实验研究了竹荪提取液对小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化 (LPO)水平的影响。结果 在亚慢性实验中 ,竹荪提取液 (5、10 g)组与正常对照组相比 ,其 SOD、GSH-Px活力、-SH含量增高 ,差异具有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 MDA含量未观察到明显变化 ;砷 +竹荪 (5、10 g)组与砷中毒模型组相比 ,其 SOD、GSH-Px活力、-SH含量增高 ,MDA含量显著下降 ,差异具有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1)。结论 竹荪具有诱导抗氧化酶活力增高的作用 ,对 As2 O3 Objective To study the effect of the extract from dictyophora on liver lipid peroxidation caused by arsenic in mice.Methods Prepare the liver toxicity model in mice caused by As 2O 3,the effect of the extract from dictyophora on lipid peroxidation in mice liver was studied by means of subchronic experiment.Results In subchronic experiment, comparing with those of normal control,the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px),the contents of hydrosulfide group ( SH) were signifficantly higher (P< 0.05 ),but the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) hadn't signifficantly change in the extract from dicyiphora groups.Meanwhile,comparing with arsonist model control,the activity of SOD,GSH Px,the contents of SH were signifficangly higher (P<0.05),and MDA were lower (P<0.01) in arsenic and the extract from dicyiphora groups.Conclusions Dictyophora can improve the activity of antioxidation enzyme and has certain protective effect on liver toxicity in mice caused by As 2O 3.
