摘要
海洋经济的发展离不开海洋工程技术的发展 ;回顾海洋工程技术的发展状况 ,思考我国海洋经济发展的情况及需要 ,以引起讨论 。
Development of ocean economy is closely related to the development of ocean engineering technology. Review of the current tendency of the development of ocean engineering technology, and the aspect on development of state ocean economy may arouse more discussion and be helpful to know what are the scientist, educators and engineers in the field of ocean and ocean engineering need to do in the future. This is the purpose of reporting the present paper.
