摘要
对硫铁矿还原氯酸钠制备二氧化氯的工艺条件进行了研究 ,反应的最佳条件是 :硫铁矿过量 6 %~ 9% ,温度为 6 0℃左右 ,氯酸钠初始浓度为 4~ 5mol/L ,硫酸用量为理论量的 15 0 %以上。该法具有反应温和、易于控制、硫酸消耗少、成本低廉和产品纯度高的优点。
The technology conditions of preparation of chlorine dioxide from sodium cholrate by pyrite reduction were investigated.The best reaction condition is that the amount of pyrite is 6%~9% over theoretical amount,the temperature is about 60 ℃,the initial concentration of sodium chlorate is 4~5 mol/L,and the amount of sulfuric acid is over 150% of theoretical amount.This method has the advantages of easy control reaction,less consumption of sulfuric acid,cheap cost and higher purity of the product.
