摘要
研究了以对甲磺酰基甲苯为原料,经硝化、硝酸氧化,制得标题化合物,收率87.2%,产品纯度98.7%。该工艺条件温和、原料易得、操作简单、成本低廉,适合工业化生产,是经济价值较高的合成路线。
2-Nitro-4-methylsulfonyl benzoic acid was synthesized from 4-methysulfonyl toluene via nitration and oxygenation,using nitric acid as the oxidizing agent.The product yield was 87.2 %,with its purity exceeding 98.7%.The reaction condition is mild,with readily available raw materials,and the operation is simple,featuring low production cost and high product yield.The results showed that this simple technique has many advantages including high economic benefits.
