摘要
血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)及其受体通过刺激血管内皮细胞分裂增生形成新生血管而促进肿瘤细胞生长、侵袭和转移。如何对其进一步研究来为临床肿瘤诊断与治疗提供一定的帮助已成为近年来肿瘤研究领域的热点之一。
