摘要
目的 :观察经输尿管肾镜行气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效及并发症。方法 :经尿道输尿管肾镜直视下 ,行气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石 1 2 8例 ,其中输尿管上段结石 1 0例 ,中段结石 46例 ,下段结石 72例。结果 :总碎石成功率为 96.9% ,术中并发输尿管穿孔 1例 ,假道形成 2例 ,术后发热 6例。结论 :经输尿管肾镜行气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石具有治愈率高、安全、微创并发症少、费用低等优点 。
Objective:To observe clinical effect and complications of treating ureterolith through aerodynamic trajectory lithotrity by ureterorenoscope(URS).Methods:128 cases were treated by aerodynamic trajectory lithotrity with the URS including 10 cases of calculus in upper part,46 cases in middle part,and 72 cases in lower part of ureter.Results:The total rate of success of lithotrity was 96 9% with intraoperative complications of ureter perforation in 1 case,formation of pseudo duct in 2 cases,and postoperative fever in 6 cases.Conclusion:The treatment of ureterolith through aerodynamic trajectory lithotrity by URS has such advantages as high cure rate and safety,minimal invasiveness,reduced complications and low expense,etc.It may serve as a choice of method to treat ureterolith.
