摘要
目的 总结微创治疗输尿管结石致急性梗阻性肾功衰竭的临床价值。方法 硬膜外麻醉下采用Wolff 9 8输尿管硬镜和弹力道碎石机 ,在电视监视下边注水边将输尿管镜插入输尿管达结石部位 ,用碎石机将石击碎大小相当 ,常规放置双J管作支架引流。结果 16例中 14例治疗成功 ,2 4h后肾功衰竭各指标改善。结论 应用输尿管硬镜微创治疗输尿管结石造成的肾衰效果满意 ,操作简单 ,效果确切。
Objective To summarize the clinical value of micro-invasive treatment on acute obstructive renal failure (AORF) caused by cdlculus of ureter. Methods The Wolf F 9.8 ureteroscope was performed under video-assisted and broken the stone the stunt was put for drainage as routine. Results 14 of 16 cases of such patients were cured the renal data of 24 h were improved. Conclusion This method might be feasible, easy perform and accuracy effect.
