摘要
目的 本文通过比较经腹部超声、经直肠端射式及经直肠双平面超声测量前列腺体积的精确度 ,找出其测量误差原因和改进的方法。方法 对 5 0例病人分别用经腹部凸阵探头、经直肠端射式及经直肠双平面探头进行前列腺体积的超声测量 ,同时以面积容积法的测值作为金标准对照。结果 三种不同方法测量前列腺体积的测值与金标准测值比较 ,其差值绝对值均数在三组之间有高度显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;当把前列腺边界显示不清者剔除以后 ,其差值绝对值均数在三组之间无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 三种不同超声方法测量前列腺体积 ,其测值存在一定误差 。
Objective To seek the error reason and to improve the method of prostate volume determination after comparing accuracy of transabdomen prostate volume determination with covex transducer (TAPVD CT), transrectal prostate volume determination with end firing tranducer (TRPVD EFT) and transrectal prostate volume determination with biplane transducer (TRPVD BPT). Methods Fifty patients' prostate volume were measured with TAPVD CT、TRPVD EFT and TRPVD BPT, respectively, and with method of planimetric volumetry as control. Results There is significant different in the mean error of absolute valume among three groups, and there is no significant difference in three groups after removing the cases whose prostate edge is unclear. Conclusion There is proper deviation to determine prostate volume with three different ultrasound methods, whether the prostate edge is clear is the reason that introduce the volume deviation.
