摘要
目的 探讨节段性肝动脉碘油抗癌药物栓塞化疗 (S TOCE)与高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)联合治疗小肝癌的DSA与CT表现特点。方法 9例单结节小肝癌 ,接受S TOCE治疗 18次 ,平均 2次 /例 ,其间接受HIFU治疗 10次 ,平均 1次 /例。随访 6月～ 12月以上 ,观察其DSA和CT表现并计算肿瘤缩小率。结果 9例均获得肿瘤局部完全性充填性栓塞 ,肿瘤血管消失 ,碘油聚集致密 ,边缘清楚。本组治疗后肿瘤体积缩小率均大于 2 0 % ,最好的一例达 80 %。结论 S TOCE与HIFU联合治疗小肝癌 ,是一种最新的非手术切除的有效治疗方法 。
Objective To study the DSA and CT appearances of small HCC after S TOCE combined with HIFU. Methods 9 cases with single node small HCC, were received S TOCE treatment 18 times, an average of two times one case. During this time they were received HIFU treatment about 10 times, an average of one times one case. Follow up 6 months to 12 months to study the DSA and CT appearances and measure the ratio of the tumor shrinkage. Results 9 cases all acquired local complete embolization, with the tumor vascular disappearing, the oil accumulated densely and the border regular and clear. In this group, the post treatment the ratio of the tumor shrinkage all reached 20%, the most distinguished one is 80%. Conclusion It is the latest effective non operative treatment for small HCC that S TOCE combined with HIFU. And the CT and DSA are the important imaging means to check and evaluate the curative effect of the combined treatment.
