摘要
目的评价术中高强度超声(IHIU)治疗晚期种植性兔肝脏VX2肿瘤的有效性。方法26只实验动物分为四组:A组为对照组,B组接受阿霉素(3mg/kg)治疗,C组接受IHIU治疗,D组接受IHI-U和阿霉素(3mg/kg)治疗。IHIU声强为45.86W/cm2,频率10MHz,作用时间1200秒,治疗范围包括肿瘤周围0.2cm的肝组织。记录各荷瘤兔的生存时间和各组兔的治愈率,定期检查各兔的肝肾功能。结果与对照组比较,各实验组荷瘤兔的生存时间明显延长(P<0.05);接受IHIU和阿霉素治疗的荷瘤兔(D组)的生存时间明显长于单独接受阿霉素治疗组(B组)(P<0.05)。各组荷瘤兔的治愈率分别为A组0、B组0、C组16.67%、D组33.33%,提示IHIU组、IHIU加化疗组的治愈率有升高趋势。结论IHIU能有效地治疗晚期兔肝VX2肿瘤,IHIU与阿霉素合用疗效明显增加。IHIU可能成为一种治疗晚期肝癌的新疗法。
Objective\ To evaluate the efficacy of intraoperative high intensity ultrasound (IHIU) in the treatment of advanced stage rabbit VX 2 cancer implanted in the liver.Methods\ Twenty six rabbits with liver tumors were divided into four groups. Group A(n=7) did not receive therapy; group B (n=6) received adriamycin (3 mg/kg) via the marginal ear vein; group C (n=7) received 1 200 s IHIU sonication at the acoustic intensity 45.86 W/cm 2, with an operating frequency of 10 MHz, the extension for ultrasound beam ablation was set to extend 0.2 cm beyond the visable tumor margin; group D (n=6) received adriamycin (3 mg /kg) and IHIU therapy (the same parameters as in group C). The survival time of each rabbit and the cure rate of each group were racorded. Liver and renal functions were examined at predetermined times (20,22 and 28 days after implantation). Results\ Compared with the group that didn't receive therapy, the groups that received therapy survived significantly longer. The rabbits that received both adriamycin and IHIU in group D survived significantly longer than that in group B receiving adriamycin only ( P< 0.05). The cure rates in every group are that: in group A is zero, in group B is zero, in group C is 16.67% and in group D is 33.33 %. It suggests that the cure rates in group C and in group D have a trend of ascension. Conclusions\ IHIU can effectively treat advanced stage rabbit VX 2 cancer in liver, when IHIU and adriamycin is given as a combined therapy, it will enhance the efficacy obviously. IHIU may be a new and useful method for local treatment of hepatic tumors.
