摘要
目的 :探讨中药中风 号干预缺血性中风损伤的效果及机制。方法 :采用单侧结扎沙土鼠颈总动脉的方法制成局灶性缺血性中风动物模型。将 45只沙土鼠随机分成 3组 ,即模型组、生理盐水组、中风 号组。结果 :(1)中风 号在 3小时内无明显抑制谷氨酸 (Glu)效果 ,而在 6小时内则明显抑制 Glu释放 ;(2 )中风 号能显著抑制由缺血缺氧造成的神经细胞及脑间质性水肿 ,及迟发性神经细胞凋亡。结论 :中风 号可增强脑组织对缺血、缺氧的耐受性 ,减轻其缺氧损害 ,有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore effects and mechanism of intervening ischemia stroke by No.Ⅱ stroke preparation(Ⅱ SP).Methods:Anima model of ischemia stroke was made by unilaterally ligature common carotid artery of Mongolian gerbil.Forty\|five Mongolian gerbils were divided into model group,saline group and Ⅱ SP group.Results:(1)For inhibiting releasing of glutaminic acid(Glu.) by Ⅱ SP,there was no effect in 3 hours,and there were notable effects( P <0 05) in 6 hors;(2)Apoptosis of nerve cell significantly decreased in Ⅱ SP group( P <0 01).Conclusion:No.Ⅱ stroke preparation may increases ischemia tolerance of nerve cell,decrease impairment of nerve cell,and possess value of clinic application.
